As of April 15, the Club has raised close to $2,400 for the Spokane Group Cup of Cool Water an organization that assists marginalized youths and young adults who do not have a place to call home. The latest fundraising event took place at Pinot's Palette - see picture below.

Members will be voting for next year's Philanthropy choice at the May Luncheon.

Here are the three groups in the running:

Camp Rooted ~ This group provides a week of camp where siblings who are separated in the Foster Care systerm can come together and experience the healthy power of laughter and play as they create memories.

Safety Net ~ This group offers a resources to help teens and young adults who have aged out of the Foster Care system stay in school, build self esteem, receive job training and learn to handle financial emergencies.

Transitions ~ This group works to end poverty and homelessness for women and childing living in Spokane by providing childcare, housing, job training an d support.
