Our Philanthropy focus for the 2025/26 is Safety Net, a local organization that supports teens who have aged out of the Foster Care system.

To further support the work of this organization, we will have a Cleaning and Household Goods drive during the November luncheon. Members are asked to purchase and donate the following:

Cleaning Supplies:

Hand soups and disinfectants (like Lysol);
Toilet and surface cleaners;
Fabric softeners and laundry detergent;
'Swiffers' for floors and counters
Small corded or battery-powered vaccuum cleaners

Household Essentials:

Small countertop appliances -- toasters, blenders, air fryers, etc.
Silverware sets
Plates and cup sets
Paper towels and toilet paper

These items will be collected at the November luncheon and delivered by Julie to the warehouse Safety Net uses as a store for teens who are living on their own.
