One of the best ways to keep up to date with the many Compass Club activities is through the "The Compass Rose," the Club's monthly newsletter (September through June). The newsletter provides information about upcoming events. The newsletter is emailed to all members and the latest issues can be downloaded right here. If you are interested in back issues, please contact compassclubnews@gmail.com. Newsletters are emailed to current members around the 15th of the month. - Our yearly dues is due at or before the June Luncheon. If you pay your dues on time, you will get your June lunch for free.

- The June Luncheon will take place on the 3rd at the Airport Ramada located at 8909 W Airport Drive. Reservations are required and due by noon on Thursday, May 29th before noon. - The second annual Game Day will take place on July 8 at the Rockwood South Hill Event Center between 10 and 2. Lunch will be served. Registrations are due by June 27. The cost is $22 per person. - Pizza Party
- Members are invited to Round Table Pizza, 15402 E Sprague, Spokane Valley at noon for a pizza get together. No RSVP required. The Club will buy pizza and soft drinks to those attending. As there is no August luncheon, this will be a good way to stay in touch.

- Luncheon Reservation Reminders:
- Reservations are usually, unless otherwise indicated, due by noon on the Thursday before luncheons, which take place on the first Tuesday of the month. (Note: There are no luncheons in January, July, or Augest.)
- Text or email Sheryl Krauser at 509.435.2535 or skrauser@comcast.net with your luncheon reservation before the due date.
- Include your name in your reservation request.
- Check for a confirmation email or text from Sheryl.
- If you do not receive a confirmation, email or text Sheryl again.
- Email or text Sheryl in advance if you need to cancel your reservation - A reservation made is a luncheon paid.
- If, because of dietary reasons, you are just reserving a seat and no meal, let Sheryl know - $10.
- If there are lunch options provided, you need to inform Sheryl of your choice when making your reservation.
- Club Directory:
- The draft of the 2025-2026 directory will be sent to all members on August 1. Members will have until August 15 to make any corrections. Watch for an email with the draft so that you can verify that your phone number(s), address, and email are all correct.
- Dues:
- Our yearly dues of $25 is due in June of each year. According to the by-laws (available in the Directory), members who have not paid dues are not eligable to receive the newsletter, attend luncheons, or special interest events. If you are not sure if you are up to date, contact Maureen Boutz at myboutz@hotmail.com.
