One of the best ways to keep up to date with the many Compass Club activities is through the "The Compass Rose," the Club's monthly newsletter (September through June). The newsletter povides information about upcoming events, members, and events after they happen. The newsletter is emailed to all members and the latest issues can be downloaded right here. If you are interested in back issues, please contact Compass Club News. Newsletters are emailed to current members around the 15th of the month. If you do not get yours, please contact Compass Club News.

- The November Luncheon will be held on November 5 and will include Bingo. See luncheon details on page 1 of the November newsletter or contact Kate Mietus at kate6154@gmail.com or Dorothy Klepp at kleppd@yahoo.com for more information. Reservations need to be made by noon on Thursday, October 31 by either texting or emailing Sheryl Krauser (509.435.2535 or skrauser@comcast.net).
- Reservation reminders:
- text or email Sheryl with your luncheon reservation before the due date,
- include your name in your reservation request,
- check for a confirmation email or text from Sheryl,
- if you do not receive a confirmation, email or text Sheryl again,
- email or text Sheryl in advance if you need to cancel your reservation -- Remember: a reservation made is a luncheon paid.

- Christmas is just around the corner and so is our annual auction. The auction will be held during the December luncheon and this year will include craft items along with baked goods. It's never to early to think about what tasty and beautiful treats you want to donate. Please see Carol Parfett's article on page 3 of the November newsletter for more information.
